What motivates people to commit to a common goal? How do their aspirations for professional and personal fulfilment translate into action?
My experience as a manager has allowed me to study in depth what drives full development of professional development, mobilizing leadership and strategic influence as well as their inherent challenges.
I graduated from HEC Montreal as a CPA professional accountant and then worked for over twenty years in the finance and insurance industry.
During these many years as a manager accompanying a generation of young talents and experienced employees in their development, I discovered a real interest.
Coaching then allowed me to broaden my horizons and turn it into an authentic passion.
In parallel to my professional career was born another passion: wine, in all its complexity and richness. I discovered a world where the senses are greatly used to grasp the fine nuances and to gain a value-added experience.
My coaching practice is based on the same approach. It is precisely by deploying my great sense of listening that I accompany my clients in co-creating this added value and in achieving their goals.
